They like to trick you with thier friendly and nice store front employees. THan when you pay extra for a more in detail installation thier installer just drill hole in your exterior wall. Not listening to what you wanted done, placing the cable in a location where its hard to fix. Than when you call if you get a hold of a rep. no one well help because it is the customer fault for not watching the installer do his job. If you have to get xfinity make sure you pay attention.
I was there Saturday morning to upgrade equipment. The representative was courteous, professional and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. He also explained why my bill had gone recently as well as give options to get corrected. Overall very positive experience.
I just went to pick up a device after having a great experience with customer service. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly rude. And really had zero customer service skills. He threw the cord on the ground after unplugging it from my old modem. Proceeded to give me the same modem back, but I said no I had just upgraded everything. He huffed and walked back to the computer. I got the correct device but the last thing he said was “you know its better to do this in stores”. No have a nice day, thank you or anything genuinely nice. I left with a really sour taste in my mouth. I wish the store had a direct number so I could report him to his manager or in the moment called him out on his negative attitude.
The young lady who helped me, I believe K, was fantastic as well as all the co-workers I interacted with. The only issue I have is we scheduled service for Saturday the 25th and I just received a call to confirm my appointment for Friday the 24th. The week days don’t work for me. I now am going to be without internet service for a week. I left Xfinity because the price was outrageous, went to the other guys and the service is horrible. I’d rather have a service that works, since I have to pay. But looks like I’ll have neither. I’m truly disappointed after the great service in the store. I’ve been on hold, for like the last 1/2 hour trying to rectify this issue. I remain hopeful…problem hopefully rectified…we’ll see Saturday. Am appreciative of the 2 final gentlemen who worked hard to help me. Thanks guys that didn’t leave me on hold for almost an hour, and getting me a Saturday appointment.
I wish I could give them a 0 star customer service doesn’t help and when I go to xfinity store they say they can’t do anything to help all they do is tell me to call apple or customer service. They raised my internet bill up to $200 in 1 month they also just take the money out of your account any time they want without even telling me. Highly do not recommend.
I made an appointment (same day) to transfer my service as I have just moved. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was taken care of within five minutes. The associate who helped us, I believe her name was Melinda, was so awesome! She made the whole process absolutely painless and was so personable from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions when we were unsure on some aspects of our package. Thank you again!
One star is the lowest it will let me post it should be .01 . No way to talk to a real person.you cancel your services and they bill you another month and it takes two months to get that back. The fake ai on the phone sucks along with the fake typing. The only fix is to UN plug your box to re boot. And wile typing this the stars jumped by 3 three times. If you have a choice go with a different provider.
Absolutely ridiculous internet service. If you want service that goes up after the first year and then gets WORSE after that first year, sure get Xfinity. By far the worst internet provider I’ve ever used. I lose internet 3-4 times WEEKLY, yet my bill continues to go up.
Lack of management. My account was charged 3 times due to a comcast system issue only for an employee of the store to claim theres nothing we can do about that before sending me to the bank to clean up a mess they caused. Unprofessionalism and poor customer resolution skills are on full display here.
Cancelled my 2-year contract Xfinity Cable/Internet services 9mos early as of yesterday, because every year Comcast thinks its okay to spike everyones bill and its not. Comcast reps trick you into a low 2-year contract, promising you that your bill will remain the same each month during the duration of the contract, but then go and add extra fees and taxes which results in a higher bill! A rude rep from comcast tried telling me that Im still on the lowest plan for $59.99 but my bill is $87.97. So that means theres an influx of $30 in fees and taxes FOR WHAT!? What besides a hotel or vacation has that many taxes and fees. Even $20 out of that excess $30 could have been put to better use than fees and taxes. TV is not life nor mandatory, and I think these cable/internet providers forgot about that. I am going to save so much by getting rid of this Xfinity cable/Internet service and I feel much better and lighter. I encourage others to do the same! Stop hiking your prices Comcast, and maybe youll retain members.
Three weeks, 7 calls, 2 technician visits, and the line still isnt run at our new home. Not responsive at all, we lost our lower rate because they couldnt work fast enough, will not guarantee anything in writing or allow customers to have information of their Customer Notes Wish Verizon FIOS was in the area.
Xfinity has poor customer service. Also, Xfinity is VERY OVERPRICED!!! Basic cable is almost $200 and for any extra channels you have to subscribe for an extra fee! And as of Jan. 1st 2021, Norton antivirus is no longer included!! Xfinity is truly a cable pig!! Would not recommend to anyone!
The lady v 20 or whoever was rude and lazy she didnt wanna hear our request or do anything to help us. And through the receipt at my brother when we were leaving. We went to the one in greensburg best customer service I have ever seen, popped us up popcorn and evrything. Helped us out evan though the lady v 20 rudely sneered they couldnt do it. Would not recommend lazy and rude you guys should go to greensburg
Facing the possibility of death during a pandemic, I went in to the 4020 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA 15146, stayed far past the 6 minute limit for potential exposure, working with Steve Vigil for 27 minutes, and got all set up, only to find out there is no service at the house at all. So sold a bill of goods that wouldnt work to begin with. After finding that out, I spoke with a technician at 1800xfinity, only to find out Im being charged 79.99 to have a technician come by to install their new Comcast line, a fee that couldnt be waived, despite Comcasts error. Its just sad that this is what Xfinity, Comcast and NBC, proud as a peacock, has come to.
I went to the Penn Hills Comcast Store and found it was closed. I looked on line and found a Comcast store in Monroeville. I went in to the new store and was greeted and my name was taken. It took 30 minutes to be seen. I notice other people come in( just to pay a Bill) and walked out. Comcast made a step back with the Store. On top the new equipment , I received was not program at all. Then another 35 minutes on the phone, with Comcast at home. Hint buy your on equipment.

2022-04-27Poorest service Ive ever had pertaining to anything. Internet was going in and out for about two months plus with no help what so ever. They even pulled payment from a card no longer on file then said it was my fault. This company has no type of customer service. Ive been paying for gig for a year plus and never seen any speed close to what Im paying for. Biggest rip off the very definition of false advertisement. I wouldnt recommend this service to my worst enemy. I will be happily switch to another internet provider and throwing my equipment out the window.

2022-08-22Not this store in general but the whole experience has been less than perfect. Maybe I was spoiled by Verizon Fios but my dealings with Xfinity leave a lot to be desired.From my first phone call for info (on 7/25) to my last call about overcharges (8/22) I feel like I’m dealing with DOS 2.0 instead of Windows 10.

2022-07-22Very disappointed in their mobile department. I paid off the remainder of payments of my broke device in full, only to after be told I couldnt get a replacement on payments I had to come up with all the money to now buy the replacement in full. Someone lent me the cash to do that only to still be sitting currently without a working phone still two weeks after the new phone was delivered, 4 days after starting the online activating which also includes 8 calls with tech support & apparently 2 level 2 depth, now told it will be about 5 days before a level 3 can call me to maybe get it activated. But they still want and have me paying for this line. And oh did I add the original phone broke 4mths ago, and Ive been paying it since then.

2022-06-02When I saw that Comcast now has pick up in store instead of shipping the equipment I thought thatll be a couple days quicker!Narrator: It wasntIt took four days to get the your stuff is ready to pick up notification, which is longer than it would have taken to ship.And then when I showed up at the store, they didnt have the equipment and will have it shipped to me.Wasted a 20-mile round trip and maybe Ill get the equipment a week later than if Id just shipped it.And the service at the store was poor. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. No signs indicating where to go to pickup online order. Wandered around for a minute then approached an employee who told me brusquely to sit on the bench and somebody will be with me.Once I had somebody helping me the service was fine, but man if I was walking in to place an order Id have turned around and walked out.

2022-08-03Worst. Thieves. Totally unhelpful. No store telephone number. Downgraded to flex so my kids could still have internet for school, still getting charged for a full cable package until October apparently 🙃. Wasnt informed of that when I downgraded. Had I known how sneaky and purposely vague comcast xfinity was, I wouldve never gone with this company in the first place and just operated with a hotspot through our cell phone carrier.

2022-03-27Went in to get a new cable box, someone greeting me immediately to get me started, said it was going to be a few minutes, I said great. 10 minutes later a woman came over gave me a new unit, a simple but easy and professional experience. Thanks guys
