Wow great service a bit of a wait but that’s ok we be ere told there would be a wait and we could come back with an appointment we decided to wait then comes this white haired employee I wish I had her name, she comes with cold water bottles for the lobby and employees and made sure everyone was either being attended to or someone knew they were waiting for help, great service wow!
The reason I gave this place a five star rating is because my mom and I went to return a cable box and the guys were so nice and friendly. This is a place you go to have great service. The guys had a very warm welcome. I will come here for any of my cable problems. One of the guys were so nice they held the door open as me and my mom exit the building. A great place to go.😊
I just got my new phone yesterday (12/3/17) and I could not be more content with the Xfinity service and the service I had in store. Stephanie & Mariam were so helpful and polite (Thanks, ladies!). The employees at this location are definitely better, not boring, and willing to help, unlike the employees in the store at Roosevelt Mall. This location is convenient because it is quiet and not crowded.
The store is amazing and the employees are very nice but the customer service and the people on the phone and the technicians are terrible I’ve been promised multiple things and nothing got done and no one showed up to my appointment two times in a row and they switched my appointment without my knowledge. I just would like to say that those customer service are beyond terrible
Went in to switch a comcast bill into my name after moving into a new apartment yesterday and was compelled to write a google review because of the amazing service I had! Lamar found us a better package for what we were currently paying, switched the bill into my name and helped me pay it all in less than 15 minutes. He was extremely helpful + answered our questions, not to mention made a seemingly difficult experience be enjoyable. He was awesome and the reason why I wanted to write this review - definitely a stand-out employee! Thanks, Lamar!
Went to help a friend sign up for TV, phone, internet, and mobile services. Staff was very nice but not helpful. Was able to sign up for the triple play package but installation is 12 days away. Mobile service was not able to be done in store. Was told to call the number they gave to us. We called and after the first person couldnt tell us what the issue was pur us on hold. After 25 minutes we were hung up on.
I was told the wrong information over the phone. So when I decided to return some of the equipment one of the associates by the name of Gregory gave me and my boyfriend a terrible attitude. I asked if he knew any other locations and he said no. We also needed help to get some of the equipment in and he did not care to help rather than to ask us rudely if we needed help and if we did to move it to a different counter. Terrible customer service.
What is the point of a retail store if Im going to be directed to call the customer service line?I drove specifically to this store for a promotion that I was notified of via a mailer. No where on the mailer did it say that we needed to present it upon entering in order take advantage of the promotion.Since I didnt have the mailer on me, the employees were not willing to help!I am a current customer (since living in Philly, Xfinity essentially has a monopoly in the area), so I did check in with the front end attendant just so I could work with someone else about my current account.My appointment was even more of a waste of time, the attendant wasnt able to present any other options to save on costs or discuss any new promotions/discounts.All he could tell me is to call customer service...whats the point of speaking with you then?!Annoying experience, waste of time, walked out calling Verizon to change service ASAP.
Even though it is completely hidden behind the Wawa at Aramingo and Wheatsheaf.... my experience was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had with Xfinity.... great,fast and informative customer service.... dont ever call the 1-800 number again... just walk into this location and they will have all your answers.
My exceperiance was wonderful I must say to my surprise I was getting so frustrated with whoever I had on the phone I almost cancelled then I said let me go in person. Well I did and wish I would have sooner instead of cancelling I had such a fabulous exceperiance with Gregory I updated to home security which I love!!!!. I was a little confused on some things Gregory took the time to explain everything to me and showed me options I didnt even know about that I had with my cable also. I left so satisfied and educated. Everyone in the store made me feel so comfrontable. This comcast / xfinity store is the best thing since sliced bread Im grateful to have one close to home I will be stopping by more if I ever have questions. Gregory was awsome all I kept saying is this young gentleman needs a raise! I feel like I made a friendship with xfinity since then not just a contract they go above and beyond. I use to work in management for retail so its not so easy to impress me. I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Gregory (great guy ) and the whole store on aramingo. If anything I have a new out look on xfinity and have been recommending them to alot of people. Thanks xfinity and Gregory they need more employees like you out in the world. When I left the store I was happy everything was going smooth THEN.....when I got home not so much. I was on the phone with Comcast for LITERALLY 2 hours adding equipment to the account and activating it. The wrong equipment and package was given to me. I was highly upset and about to throw my phone at the wall I had to keep on going up and downstairs with a ladder because my boxes are up high on the wall. It was all about the sell it seems like always with Comcast. The Comcast rep on the phone even said it seems like the person in the store really wasnt listening to your needs. The rep told me he would call the next day at a certain time to continue helping with the issue..WHICH HE DID! ....and everything is now fixed....I wish I remember the reps name over the phone.
I like the product, the service is awful.My most recent visit was to get the sim chip replaced in my brand new phone. The phone did not work from the outset, and it was clearly the sim chip.The young IT guy was insulting, lied about the problem, and I had to insist he call for assistance. When he was told what to do he did not apologize, he just said, your phone works now, what more do you want?This was fairly typical of my Xfinity customer service experience.That said, Xfinity mobile is great and I prefer Xfinity for internet and television. So...2 stars for the location
The staff are very responsive, but Comcast keeps changing their policies. Last time to change service from the owner to a tenant, Comcast required us to visit the store. This time, we had to call Comcast customer service from the store to make the change. Id suggest calling them every time before venturing out.
Thrilled to have Xfinity Store by Comcast after years of sloooooooow service. Installer, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with. Download speed went from 2.52 Mbps to 49.77Mbps and upload from 0.43 Mbps to 13.70 Mbps. Cant wait to start streaming movies! Love working with a local outfit.

2021-07-24This store has amazing staff and excellent customer service for most if not all customer needs. Its typically a bit slow so most times people are in and out. They have a easy to use express pay and the management is very responsive, visible, and efficient.

2018-04-22Much better than first visit where the staff was too busy yacking , 45 min and got nothing done.This time staff was friendly and efficient, got out in 15 min after exchanging boxes

2021-07-20Xfinity Mobile plan is okay however dont have a balance of 1 cent (one penny) Xfinity Mobile will interrupt your service for a darn penny. How petty can a business be? I left sprint back in the day for this exact reason. So I will be looking for another, better service provider.

2021-04-04Today I got great service. I picked up my modem. they were very professional they acknowledge me, right away as soon as I walked in the door they said hello the place was clean and the guy who gave me my equipment gave me clear and helpful instructions on how to install the unit and if I cant do it how to get assistance.

2020-09-04I am extremely grateful for the gentleman that works there. I gather he is the manager maybe. On the receipt it says cashier - /=3.He legitimately took the time to answer and explain any of my questions and concerns. Even checked to see if i needed to change my equipment after one of their agents said i didnt need to but tried getting me to increase my monthly payment after I had originally called to get it lowered.With school starting and multiple devices being used at once, i was put to ease about all my original concerns questions. I really appreciate it this gentleman for explaining and event showing me what i had to do. I had my cable box and router Uninstalled and reinstalled in 15 minutes myself and it was because of the how thorough this gentleman was. I regret not hearing from his name. And I am very grateful for him helping eliminate a huge worry for me.Thank youT. Knight

2021-03-23So I walk in and guy all but accosted by the guy at door. I was a in a good mood and all.the guy called me retarded so I responded as i should and everyone gets involved. But couldnt believe how I was treated. But the lady at customer service desk that I tried to walk to begin with was nice and kind.im letting this go but warning other to tread carefully goin in there.if I was a jerk id call there customer service but im better than that an hope there employees treat customers better

2020-09-17A little pricey but well worth the money considering they have the best over all services minus having to interact with any of their live agents who all tell u something completely different than the other one did. Most tasks/actions can be done thru any of many of their super easy do it yourself apps leaving u in control for the most part. I Love my comcast..

2021-02-20Not a great selection of electronics, phones, tablets, watches, ect. What they do offer,, they only have 1/3 of in stock available for purchase. If they had more, I would give it a 4 star rating.
