2022-01-19This place was my safe haven and it’s where I changed my life for the better. Physically and mentally giving it my all and with so many different exercise approaches and equipment it is phenomenal! Only negative. It can get very crowded. Showers and bathrooms can become an inconvenience to utilize, otherwise I love it! The owners are awesome and will listen to your concerns. The health stand is a plus y’all. They’ve got products to purchase to help with your journey. So yeah, overall satisfied.

2022-03-09Excellent gym! Busy at peak times but the equipment is new and the bars and plates are rust free. Broken equipment seems to get fixed quickly and both the staff and other guests are pleasant.

2021-01-18Hours are great. It’s really convenient especially since there not really any options in the area. Staff it’s really friendly. Been going here for a while and not once have anyone ever greeted me coming in or leaving. Gym it’s dirty NOT ONE machine doesn’t have dust bunnies and hair all over it. For the price you pay monthly you would think there’s more to offer. But every little thing is an additional cost by at least $10- $20. They do offer workout classes.

2020-11-16New addition and renovations have created a gym with every piece of equipment I could need. A variety of classes and a really great class space that includes a speed bag, heavy bags and more.But, I really wish they would get rid of the styrofoam cups already!

2019-05-09Best fitness center around. Much to offer. Well kept equipments, classes, tanning, protein and juice bar. What more can you ask for in a gym? Oh, did I mention theyre also the cheapest for all they offer?
